Introductory Assessment
All services begin with a free 15-minute introductory assessment. This can be in-person or via telehealth.
During the assessment, we’ll talk about goals, and work together to determine the best next step.
For students under the age of 18, the introductory assessment must include parents or legal guardians. It is the decision of the parent or legal guardian whether or not to include the student in the introductory session.
Mental Health Counseling
During mental health sessions, we will focus on mental and emotional health. We’ll identify unique strengths, as well as areas for growth. We will discover the root causes of frustrations and move together toward learning, practicing, and developing habits of healthy coping strategies.
